Kira is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from The University of Queensland in 2024. Over the past 15 months, she’s been working in Central Queensland, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of clients and conditions.
She’s passionate about helping people see exercise as more than just a routine—focusing on making movement fun, meaningful, and tailored to each individual. Kira has a special interest in women’s health and healthy aging, and loves helping her clients feel confident and capable in their bodies.
With a background in group fitness, she brings plenty of energy to her sessions and enjoys finding creative ways to keep things engaging (and always a little fun).
Kira is always looking to learn and grow, and is on a mission to turn exercise into something you actually look forward to—not something you try to avoid.

Corinne has been part of the allied health world since she was 16, when she completed her Certificate III in Business Administration with Lisa at Fit Up Fitness. Seven years later, she brings that same enthusiasm and a whole lot of experience to her role as Practice Manager at Walloon Health Hub, where she oversees the allied health team, the gym floor, and just about everything in between.
When she's not keeping things running at the clinic, Corinne is in the final stretch of a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), with her sights set on a Master of Clinical Psychology to gain her practice endorsement. Her goal? To eventually provide psychological and mental health services to rural communities, a passion shaped by growing up in Boonah and a gap year spent driving across Australia, where she encountered some of the country's most incredible communities and came face to face with the gaps in healthcare access that some Australians live with every day.
In the meantime, she's very happy meeting all the lovely people who walk through the Hub's doors and assisting in the navigation of their journey.
Outside of work, Corinne feeds her love of adventure through travel aiming for at least one overseas trip a year, with recent highlights including a student exchange program in Canada. At home, she's kept busy by her two German Shorthaired Pointers, Kimber and Winchester, who she suspects have more energy than she does.

Georgia is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from Griffith University in 2021. Georgia spent a majority of her younger years in various competitive sports and took a keen interest in human anatomy, the science behind movement and injury rehabilitation from a young age.
After graduating from university, Georgia spent her early years working in a private practice setting seeing a largely musculoskeletal-based case load with some experience in paediatrics, before moving overseas to practice in the UK, working within the community, focusing on rehabilitation in the geriatric population and falls prevention.
Since returning from the UK in 2025, Georgia has continued working in the community, seeing a wide variety of clients and conditions, including musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, rehabilitation in the geriatric population and falls prevention. Georgia is passionate about improving the way that Australians age, using exercise as a tool to improve pain and function, guiding her clients' recovery from injury and supporting them to achieve their goals. When Georgia isn't practicing as a physio, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her rottweiler Rooster, running, weightlifting and trying out new recipes.

Kathryn’s journey into physiotherapy began as a competitive rower, where she developed a deep fascination with how the body moves, recovers, and performs. After completing a Bachelor of Natural Science (Minor in Business) at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she returned to Australia to earn her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.
She began her career in hospitals, gaining experience across ICU, Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, Neurology, and Musculoskeletal care before moving into private practice. Over the past decade, Kathryn has worked with clients from all walks of life — from athletes and farmers to office workers and retirees — particularly in regional communities. Her approach blends hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise programs, Dry Needling, and Clinical Pilates.
A lifelong learner and adventurer, Kathryn once trekked and rode 5,300km along the National Trail from Cooktown to Healesville with five horses, self-supported. These days, she balances her passion for physiotherapy with life as a proud mum of two, spending her spare time outdoors riding and enjoying life on the land.
