Meet the Team:

  • For nearly two decades, Lisa has helped people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier, more empowered lives. With a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology, she’s known for her authentic, energetic approach — blending science and creativity to make every session meaningful, challenging, and fun.

Starting her career in 2009 as a fitness instructor, Lisa guided clients through sustainable, movement-based programs with life-changing results. Today, she specialises in supporting clients with:
    • Neurological conditions
    • Chronic pain and metabolic health
    • Functional strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness

Her focus is on improving quality of life through movement, helping clients make small, lasting lifestyle changes. Passionate about inclusive care, she loves empowering those who think they can’t, until she shows them they can.

A Clinical Pilates Instructor, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Boxing Instructor, and Paediatric Exercise Specialist, Lisa combines deep expertise with real-world experience. In 2017, she received a Queensland Award for her innovative Keeping Active program, helping adults over 50 stay strong and confident.

At the Boonah and Walloon Health Hubs, Lisa offers:
    • Personalised exercise physiology programs
    • Group fitness for all levels
    • Home and community sessions
    • Hydrotherapy in a heated pool

A proud mum of two, Lisa is also trained in pre- and post-natal exercise, helping other mums rebuild strength and confidence. When she’s not coaching, she’s hiking, lifting, caravanning, or chasing her kids around the farm — often with a good meal and a glass of wine in hand.

Lisa welcomes clients through DVA, Medicare, NDIS, and private referrals, working collaboratively with allied health professionals to deliver holistic, community-based care.

  • Brittney’s journey with Boonah Health Hub began over four years ago behind the front desk, completing a Business Traineeship. It didn’t take long for her to realise her true passion wasn’t in admin — it was out on the gym floor, motivating people to move, lift, and feel their best.

Since then, Brittney has transformed her love for fitness into a thriving career. She’s completed her Cert III & IV in Fitness through TAFE, along with Reformer Pilates and Boxing qualifications, and is now one year into her Exercise Physiology degree at the University of Southern Queensland. Always curious and driven, she continues to grow, learn, and inspire everyone around her.

Now a proud local to Walloon, Brittney is thrilled to bring her energy, expertise, and signature Reformer Pilates — where her session’s are designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and yes… a little sore in all the right places!

Having navigated her own journey with body image, exercise, and nutrition, Brittney brings empathy, authenticity, and contagious enthusiasm to everything she does.

Her mission is to guide others toward a more mindful, sustainable connection with movement — one that nurtures strength, confidence, and genuine self-care.

Expect Brittney’s personal training and group sessions to challenge you, empower you, and uncover muscles you never knew existed.

  • Kathryn’s journey into physiotherapy began as a competitive rower, where she developed a deep fascination with how the body moves, recovers, and performs. After completing a Bachelor of Natural Science (Minor in Business) at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she returned to Australia to earn her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.

She began her career in hospitals, gaining experience across ICU, Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, Neurology, and Musculoskeletal care before moving into private practice. Over the past decade, Kathryn has worked with clients from all walks of life — from athletes and farmers to office workers and retirees — particularly in regional communities. Her approach blends hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise programs, Dry Needling, and Clinical Pilates.

A lifelong learner and adventurer, Kathryn once trekked and rode 5,300km along the National Trail from Cooktown to Healesville with five horses, self-supported. These days, she balances her passion for physiotherapy with life as a proud mum of two, spending her spare time outdoors riding and enjoying life on the land.
