Our classes

All classes run in small groups and can be adapted to your level.

Reformer Pilates

A low-impact, full-body workout on the spring-loaded reformer. Builds core strength, posture and flexibility, and suits all fitness levels, including injury prevention and rehab.

Jump Board Reformer

High-energy Pilates with a jump board on the reformer. All the benefits of jumping without the high impact, so it’s great for building strength, coordination and cardio fitness.

Keeping Active

Our award-winning classes for people in their 50s and beyond: Strength, Functional, Total Body and Reformer Balance. Focused on strength, balance, mobility and confidence. A doctor’s clearance is required before attending.

Strength

Circuit-style sessions using free weights, functional equipment and bodyweight to build lean muscle and endurance, at your own level.

Strength Express

A full-body strength workout in under 30 minutes. Perfect when you’re short on time.

MetCon

High-intensity metabolic conditioning that mixes functional strength and cardio intervals, using formats like AMRAP and EMOM.

Box Circuit

A boxing-based circuit class combining pad and bag work with strength and cardio stations.

Mobility & Flow

A restorative class of stretching, mobility drills and mindful movement to release tension, reduce stiffness and improve balance and posture.

What is Keeping Active?

A welcoming fitness program, particularly suited to adults aged 50+ but open to everyone. Classes focus on strength, balance, mobility, fitness and overall wellbeing, and every exercise can be modified to suit you. If you have a medical condition, you’ll first have an assessment with our Exercise Physiologist.

Mum & bub friendly

We’re bub friendly from 8am to 11am every day. Bring your little one along to your class or gym workout.

Community programs

Kids Fitness (Daybreak Park) and Line Dance Fun (Rosewood Memorial Hall) run during school terms in partnership with Ipswich City Council. Book these directly through Ipswich City Council.

Gym access

Train on your own schedule with access to our gym. Gym access is included in our Gym + Unlimited Classes memberships, or choose a Gym Only membership.

Book a free “Tour / Information / Sign up” appointment under the First Time Here option. There’s no obligation to join.

02 — Choose your membership

We’ll go through your goals and help you pick the right option, then set up your membership in person.

03 — Your induction

We’ll book your induction, and then you’re good to go.

Managing an injury or health condition?

Our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists can build a program around you, and help you move safely into classes when you’re ready.
