Occupational therapists work with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Our main goal is to support you to engage in the tasks that are meaningful to you, which makes each session as unique as the person in it.
OTs focus on how a condition affects your ability to perform everyday activities, and may provide therapy, strategies, equipment, environmental modifications or skill training. We can work with you in clinic, at home or wherever you need us.

How it works
01 — Initial appointment
All about getting to know you: your goals, needs and circumstances. It’s okay if you don’t know where to start. We’ll discuss your daily activities, abilities, challenges and supports, and may include functional, equipment or home assessments. Let us know what you’re seeking when booking so the appointment suits your needs.
02 — Follow-up appointments
Tailored to what you need. These can include ongoing therapy in clinic or at home, plus reports to support you, such as Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology and home modification recommendations, and progress reports.
