Real food advice for real life. Just practical guidance tailored to your goals, your health and your daily reality.

How our dietitian can help.

Our dietitian works with people across a wide range of health goals and conditions. Whether you've been referred by your GP or you're coming in on your own terms, appointments are practical, judgement-free and built around what actually works for your life.

Areas we support include weight management and healthy weight loss, type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes, heart health and cholesterol, gut health and IBS, sports nutrition, NDIS nutrition goals, chronic disease management via GP Management Plan, and healthy eating at every life stage.

New to Dietetic Services? Here is how it works

  • Your first appointment is all about getting to know you. Your dietitian will take a full health history, review your current eating habits and listen to your goals whether that's managing a condition, losing weight, improving your energy or simply eating better. There's no judgment here, just an honest conversation. By the end of your first session you'll have a clear, practical plan to take home.

  • Based on your initial consultation, your dietitian will develop a nutrition plan built specifically around your life your schedule, your preferences, your household and your health. No generic meal plans. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just a realistic approach that you can actually follow.

  • Your follow-up appointments are where momentum builds. Your dietitian checks in on how things are going, celebrates your wins, troubleshoots any challenges and adjusts your plan as needed. Small tweaks at this stage make a big difference to long-term results.

  • As your health improves, your goals may shift and your plan should shift with them. Regular progress reviews keep your nutrition strategy aligned with where you're at now, not where you started. Whether you're managing a chronic condition under a GP Management Plan or working toward a personal goal, your dietitian stays in your corner for the long run.
