What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial massage is a therapeutic approach that targets the muscles, tendons and connective tissues of the body to address pain, tightness and dysfunction. Unlike a relaxation massage, remedial massage is purposeful and assessment-based your therapist will identify what's contributing to your symptoms and treat accordingly.

It works well as a standalone treatment, or alongside physiotherapy and exercise physiology for a more comprehensive approach to recovery and pain management.

How our massage therapists can help.
